MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING Reach Health & Fitness offers a mobile service in Sydney's Northern Districts & North Shore. We will come to you and train you in the comfort of your own home, at a local park or at your office. If one-on-one training is not for you, get a group of friends together and form your own buddy group. • One-on-One Training: provides training that is focused purely on you and your specific needs. All sessions, training programs and dietary advice are fully tailored to ensure you get the most out of each session and achieve the goals you set yourself - be them short or long term! • Buddy training: why not share your success, progress & expense with a buddy or 2? Buddy training still allows for individual program and monitoring, but has the added bonus of sharing the experience with others. Fellow trainees will help you stay motivated and are a good source of healthy competition! Our group fitness training sessions for MUM'S are suitable for all fitness levels. Each session incorporates running, boxing, stretching, free weights & body weight exercises - giving you an all-over strength & cardio workout! REMEDIAL & SPORTS MASSAGE Reach Health & Fitness offers a remedial massage service. Remedial massage utilises the deep mechanical techniques of sports massage and the soothing techniques of relaxation massage. Remedial massage is a great way to aid physcial recovery, stay injury free and function at the peak of your physical ability. Combined with stretching and strengthening techniques, remedial massage attempts to lengthen and free up muscles, the asscociated connective tissue and joints, as well as assist in the removal of waste products from the muscles.
